These morning ashtanga yoga classes will focus on self-led (Mysore style) vinyasa from the Yoga Chikitsa Primary Series and Nadi Shodhana Secondary Series.
These classes are open to all levels, but not suitable to students completely new to yoga - as it offers up a series to become familar with for more regular students to yoga.
Make sure you are well Hydrated before you come to class and throughout the day.
If you have any serious Health problems that may adversely affect from practicing Asanas, please follow your doctor’s advice. Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga practice is not suitable for people having serious blood pressure problems and/ or that have sustained injury or a medical serious medical condition.
For Yoginis (female practitioners), its advised to not practice during Menstruation, avoid inversions, deep twists, and any asana which challenges your physical abilities.
