Join us for a multi-level vinyasa yoga class as we flow through a yoga class that works on opening the major muscle sections of the body for a strengthening and stablizing yoga practice.
In this yoga class we begin with mantra and pranayama and transition into joint openers before arriving into a vinyasa flow.
This class weaves a playful and dynamic flow as we move into inversion practicums creating a safe, supported and enjoyable practice in getting upside down.
