This yoga workshop is the perfect introduction to the transformative practice of yoga. The yoga practice will be a basis of dynamic Ashtanga sequence and Iyengar alignment principles. The variations and movements are given for students who may need additional help to work their way in each postures of the series.
In our yoga sessions we focus on sharpening our awareness and connection to the physical postures. It’s important to hold ourselves with care as we navigate our yoga practice.
Yoga is not only a movement practice, but a way to connect with breath, body and awareness.
What to expect during these yoga flow workshop Sessions:
We will gain understanding of foundational yoga postures
Engage yoga alignment principles for a supportive and safe yoga practice.
Learn and explore inversions (shoulder stand, head stand, forearm balance, handstand).
We will explore variations and modifications to yoga postures.
Open to all yoga levels.
