  • Lecture (15-30 minutes):
    Explore the spine’s fundamental role in supporting the upper body, and its interconnection with the arms, shoulders, neck, and upper back. Learn about the coordination between the upper and lower body through muscle and nervous system integration.
  • Practical Session (1 hour 30 minutes):
    This hands-on session centers on strengthening and stabilizing the core while enhancing upper body balance. Using resistance bands, we will perform targeted exercises to improve flexibility, strength, and overall mobility for optimal upper body function.
