This yoga class starts with mindfulness meditation to set your intention and to create a connection between the heart and mind.
Slow Gentle Flow is focused on mindfulness flow movement and breathing. In this yoga class we draw awareness to creating synchronicity between breath and movement through the balance of action and stillness in body and mind.
Slow Gentle Flow completes with restorative postures, and the sweet sound of Kru. May as she leads you through yoga Nidra and sound bowl therapy to allow for a deep relaxation.
We welcome all Yoga Levels to come and start the weekend in the richness of Slow Gentle Flow and Restorative Yoga with Kru. May St. Onge.
