This unique yoga class combines the gentle stretch and mindfulness of Yin Yoga with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, specifically crafted for each chakra with the resonant tones of Tingsha cymbals.
This yoga class and sound bath class welcomes all yoga levels as we move through a yin yoga flow with the sound healing of Tibetan bowls and Tingsha cymbals.
