Rocket 1 is a multi– level  vinyasa yoga class that integrates elements of  sequence of traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Following  the structure of Sun Salutations, Standing, Seated and Finishing sequence while using Bandhas, Breathing and Drishti to help open your body and mind with harmony and ease.

This class includes optional arm balances, inversions, back bends and complex transitions. Kru  Jah will guide in posture modifications to help you find room to ground into your own experience just as it is, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized.

Rocket 1 is part of three Rocket Series created by Larry Schultz.

A minimum of 6 students is required to hold this class. Students are required to have at least 1 year of vinyasa yoga experience.
