Lower Limbs Focus – Resistance Band Practice
Opening Lecture (15-30 minutes)
Learn about the structure and functions of major lower-body muscles, we learn about the hips, thighs, and calves, as well as how the connective tissue supports power and flexibility in our movement & yoga.
Practical Session (1 hour 30 minutes)
Practice poses and techniques to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance lower-body movement. This includes effective stretching methods and exercises using resistance bands provided by the studio.
